1. Appoint a Treasure not elect: Motion to append the bylaws to appoint a treasure and elect the secretary: This is due to the Treasurer portion of the Sect/Treasure position needs to be fixed to a person that is signed to the banking account. We will vote on it at Nov. meeting.
