Found the below online.... What are the chances of getting some CCCA races there this 2012 season? Not sure if anyone has connections in these circles but, why not... I saw Kent just released the 2012 schedule but why not add more if they will chunk some time for CCCA. This could add to our season race sessions and bring more face time for our sponsors. Be interesting to see if this new track pulls business away from Bremerton. Not to mention a drag strip “dis-connected” from the road course, so no scheduling issues or favoritism like at Pacific. This is great for the Northwest!
Here is a video taken last week, of the new race track in Shelton. It's called "The Ridge Motorsports Park". It includes the road track seen the video, as well as a true 1/4-mile drag strip, now being paved. The park is set to open in the spring of 2012!

Josh, there isn't much chance for the 2012 season. Our schedule is set for the season. However, at the Nov CCCA meeting there was discussion about talking with the track for the 2013 season.
Thx for the video clips. It is great that we have another drag strip opening! Now if we could just get one to open in SNohomish County. :-)
